Early Life and Family
Blake Lively was born Blake Ellender Brown on August 25, 1987, in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of actor Ernie Lively and Elaine Lively. Lively has four siblings: Lori, Jason, Robyn, and Eric.
Her Acting Career
Lively began her acting career at a young age, appearing in commercials and small roles in films. Her breakout role came in 2005 when she was cast as Serena van der Woodsen in the CW television series Gossip Girl. The show ran for six seasons, and Lively's performance earned her numerous awards and nominations.
